Blue Boutique Store Policy

All web-store purchases will be treated like they are in-store purchases if the items are brought into any of our 4 locations.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, and the fact that we are a privately owned boutique, we do not do refunds of any kind.

However, we will gladly exchange any clothing items that are accompanied with a receipt within 14 days of purchase so long as:

  • have not been worn or damaged in any way
  • have tags intact

All exchanges are done at our discretion. For your safety much of our merchandise is non-exchangeable. This includes:

  • Shoes
  • Hosiery
  • Body Jewelry
  • Wigs
  • Lubricants/massage products
  • Adult toys/novelty items
  • Detox products
  • All items sold in the adult room.

With one exception: We will gladly exchange any defective product purchased in the adult room if it is returned to us within 48 of purchase and has the original receipt and packaging. All online orders have a 14 day period to report defective product issues, in-store and online due to shipping time and transit. All items thought to be defective will be inspected by a manager to ensure that the item is truly defective before an exchange will take place.
