Required Documentation for Piercing Minors
1. Must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
2. Birth Certificate or Guardianship Papers are required.
3. Both the person getting pierced, and the parent/legal guardian must have state issued photo ID (School ID, yearbook photo is okay, as long as there is a photo with a name.
*Even with all of the appropriate paperwork, we still may not be able to pierce based on anatomy and/or age. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
