Now hiring at all locations for all positions: Sales associates, Sales leads,and assistant managers. Responsibilities Sales •Managers and Sales leads: Assist in meeting sales plans and expectations by supervising the selling floor and managing the Accessory/Gift business • Act as a role model for customer interaction as well as a professional representative of Blue Boutique • Lead the selling effort through scheduled and tracked Floor Supervision

Personnel • Assist in training product information and customer service

Operations • May hold keys to the store if critical skills and requirements are met • May open the store and cover Store Managers and Assistant Managers if scheduled off or out of store; support SM’s and AM’s in the event of an emergency or extended store hours • Responsible for executing company policies and procedures related to store operations

Requirements • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays • Minimum 21 years of age
